Write an Opera is a cutting edge educational project devised by New York Metropolitan Opera House and developed by the Royal Opera House. Four operas have been written, composed and performed by Year 5, 7 and 8 pupils at Ibstock Place School, under the guidance of Luke Anthony and other supporting staff.

Luke Anthony is a peripatetic music teacher of piano, double bass, electric bass and guitar at Ibstock Place School. Preparing pupils for Rockschool, ABRSM jazz and classical exams. Directing the Jazz, Big Band and the Senior Guitar Ensemble.
